Then Pathway Family Services has the job for you! We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to add to our team! A Day in The Life as a Licensed Practical Nurse At Pathway, our Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct physical and emotional support to children in residential treatment for mental/ behavioral health concerns. The Nursing staff participate in children’s care as part of a multidisciplinary team. LPNs perform initial and on-going assessments; coordinate medication management care; conduct nursing education groups; respond to physical wellness concerns of residents. Nursing staff acts as a consultant with direct care staff and doctors in assisting with the physical wellbeing of our children.
