Company: M+C Saatchi World Services, Europe Location: European hub (Berlin preferred; Warsaw or Brussels possible) Office: Hybrid – office + work-from-home Level: Mid-Level: Reports to: Growth Director / Managing Director, Europe Role Summary: The Bid Manager leads complex, multi-country bids for EU institutions, NATO bodies and national ministries across defence, security and diplomacy, with a particular focus on Germany, Poland and Ukraine. They translate strategic opportunities in information operations, strategic communications and technical support services into winning, compliant and commercially sound proposals. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end bid process for EU, NATO and national defence/security tenders (TED, NCI Agency, NATO StratCom COE, German and Polish frameworks), from qualification to submission and debrief. - Shape win strategies and value propositions for programmes spanning strategic communications, military and defence messaging, digital monitoring, data and technical platforms, training and advisory. - Lead virtual bid teams across strategy, creative, media, data, OSINT/tech, research and programme delivery, integrating specialist partners in Germany...
