About the role... We can’t say it enough…. we’re growing and due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for a new Senior People Business Partner (People BP) to come and join our People Team, looking after our CP Digital & Business Services & Outsourcing service lines. As a key member of the leadership teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people strategy across our service lines business partnering the Head of Department and associated leadership teams - acting as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and change leader, ensuring alignment between business goals and people initiatives. Whatever it is, you’ll be the senior face of the People team to your business areas and will understand the importance of focusing on delivering a brilliant proactive service as well as getting involved in exciting projects and initiatives. You will also be a senior member of the People Operations team and will drive key team activities, objectives and support in the development of not only your team but the wider people team.
