Company Description pay rate : Sr.Staff $25 ~$31/hr (DOE) Contract Period: 1 year: Work Hours: 8:30am ~ 5:30pm (on site) Bilingual Korean required: Job Description: · Dispatch Planning and Scheduling · Container and Cost Management · Communication and Coordination · Documentation and Data Management · Incident Response and Support - Establish container import and export schedules for each port and terminal o Manage real-time dispatching and monitor operation status - Provide guidance on optimal transport routes and timing considering terminal gate conditions and road congestion - Monitor and manage container free time using shipping line and terminal systems - Proactively coordinate schedules to prevent demurrage and detention charges - Verify freight settlement data and manage cost settlements with transport partners - Communicate with trucking companies and individual drivers to ensure on-time dispatch - Share real-time cargo location information with customers and relevant departments - Coordinate inbound schedules and identify on-dock work status within the terminal - Review transport-related documents including B/L and D/O - Perform accurate data entry into Logistics Managemen...
