Johnson Controls Industrial Refrigeration (IR) is looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the growth and life‑cycle management of our world‑class portfolio of natural refrigerant solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in accelerating the transition toward sustainable, low‑carbon cooling and heating technologies, helping customers achieve their decarbonization and energy efficiency goals. This is a unique opportunity to take end‑to‑end ownership of innovative products such as Sabroe reciprocating and screw compressors and high‑temperature heat pumps. You will operate in a fast‑paced, international, and high‑performing environment, collaborating closely with customers and cross‑functional teams across sales, marketing, engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers. Based at our manufacturing site in Holme (Aarhus area), Denmark, the role offers both strategic impact and hands‑on influence—locally and globally .
