Job Description Summary: CWT Farms International Hatchery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hatchery, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards. This role provides direct supervision of hatchery staff, supports production goals, and maintains quality control across all operational areas. The Hatchery Supervisor reports to the Assistant Hatchery Manager and ensures consistency, accountability, and performance on the production floor. The Hatchery Supervisor also makes sure to handle operational reporting, and proper use of internal systems such as Amino. Qualifications: - Supervise daily hatchery operations including processing, egg room, transfer, and sanitation. - Assign and monitor employee tasks to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule - Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, biosecurity, and safety protocols - Monitor chick quality and identify issues such as injuries, defects, or inconsistencies - Provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to hatchery staff - Track and address attendance, productivity, and performance concerns - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe...
