Overview Retina Consultants of Texas (RCTX) is seeking a Patient Liaison to join our innovative team with the mission of Fighting Blindness For The World To See. This position will be responsible for assisting patients with questions regarding testing, completing medication refills, assisting with scheduling, and completing documentation requested by patients or their employers. This role requires exceptional customer service, active listening and proper triaging and scheduling of all calls. This position will be based out of the Katy Clinic and will travel to Pasadena, Northwest, and Brenham. Mileage compensation is provided. Candidates must be able to meet the needs of the patients and providers, and support the Clinic hours of Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm. Schedules are provided weekly and are based on the provider's clinic, patient and surgery schedules. Clinic staff are provided with the opportunity for weekend hours if available.
