As an Education Specialist, you’ll use your teaching expertise to play a vital role in helping children build confidence, develop essential skills, and reach their potential in literacy and numeracy. What you’ll do: In this role, you’ll deliver engaging, evidence-informed educational support across our centres, schools, and online. You will: - Provide tailored tutoring and intervention in literacy and numeracy - Conduct educational assessments to identify student needs. - Develop and evaluate individualised learning plans. - Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams (psychologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists). - Contribute to school communities through consultation and professional learning opportunities. - Actively participate in professional development to stay at the forefront of best practice.
