Opportunity PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Military Operations Analyst to support our Peterson SFB location in Colorado Springs, CO . - Provide the full spectrum of daily operational support to USASMDC and JTF-Gold IJSTO operations. Advise IJSTO Leads to develop current and future IJSTO planning, and operational mechanisms that envelop coordination requirements as the Army service component command (ASCC) to USSPACECOM. - Apply deliberate and crisis action planning skill sets to JTF-Gold and USASMDC to support USSPACECOM planning. Review, analyze, and support ongoing Army IJSTO Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development and Mission Analysis. - Advises USASMDC in developing supporting Operations Plans (OPLAN) / Contingency Plans (CONPLAN), with specific attention to the IJSTO annexes. - Monitor current Department of Defense (DoD), Service, Joint, USSTRATCOM & USSPACECOM IJSTO organizational missions, functions, structures, and command relationships for implementation into USASMDC IJSTO. - Examine future operational capabilities and doctrinal requirements to support Army and Joint IJSTO planning and execution efforts. - Attend IJSTO related meetings; may be required to repre...
