Description Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from start to finish. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The Project Manager works closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of HVAC installations and services. General Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Scheduling: o Develop and manage project schedules, including key milestones and deadlines. o Plan all phases of HVAC projects, from initial design and engineering to installation and commissioning. o Allocate necessary resources, including materials, labor, and equipment. 2. Budgeting & Cost Control: o Create and monitor project budgets, ensuring expenditures align with financial targets. o Review and approve costs, estimates, and vendor agreements. o Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising project quality. 3.
