Job DetailsJob Location: Keystone - Duluth, MN 55811Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 HourlyJob Shift: Day/Evening Cook/Server: Keystone Bluffs Assisted Living Classification: Non-Exempt: Reports To: Culinary Manager: Job Summary: Under the direction of the Culinary Manager, responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables and desserts, as well as any other foods as requested. This hybrid role is responsible for preparing meals as well as assisting in serving meals to residents in a courteous and respectful manner. Responsibilities: - Responsible for all aspects of meal preparation, clean-up, and general upkeep of the kitchen and dining room. - Preparation of regular foods according to prescribed menus. - Follows set guidelines on proper cooking time and temperatures. - Documents proper cooking time and temperature. - Cleans and sanitizes all food preparation equipment and ensures that it is kept in safe and operable condition. - Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality customer service. - Adheres to weekly menus. - R...
