WAGE: $32.91 - $49.36: DEPARTMENT: Library: PERSONNEL STATUS: Full Time; FLSA Exempt BENEFITS: Health, Dental, Vision, Retirement, 401k match, Sick/Vacation, Life Insurance, Short-term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness; Parental Leave; Maternity Leave JOB OVERVIEW: As a member of the Library’s management team, under the supervision of the Technical Services manager, this employee contributes to management of the library’s Integrated Library System (ILS); completes regular ILS maintenance and reports; assists with ILS upgrades; ensures functionality of ILS (Sierra, Vega Discover, Mobile App), eMedia applications, and database authentication; maintains EDIFACT (EDI) ordering to ensure timely arrival of books & materials. This employee also contributes to the supervision of the daily operation and management of Technical Services; schedules, directs, trains, and evaluates employees; assists with supervising and training community service workers; assists with collection development projects; ensures new materials are received, cataloged, and processed in a timely manner, and adjusts staff workflows as needed.
