To support our large, highly automated site in Heerlen , we are looking for a 2 x Key Use r ’s to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide first‑line IT support w ith a strong focus on the Warehouse Management System (WMS) , helping keep operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. You’ll be the key link between operations and IT, supporting users and driving continuous improvement. Monday – Friday 6.00am – 3.00pm rotating 3.00pm – 12.00pm with Saturday morning shift every other week What you do on a typical day – Key User What you need to succeed at GXO - Ensure the correct and optimal use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) on site - Provide first ‑ line WMS support, troubleshooting system issues and managing IT tickets by priority - Act as the key link between operations, IT, and external partners for all WMS-related topics - Support warehouse users with WMS interfaces, processes, and improvements - Translate operational needs into functional system requiremen...
