Assistant Store Manager

Job description

Looking for a high energy leader that wants a fast paced environment. Able to work with highschoolers through young adults and manage all the personalities so they all work together as a team. Coffee experience preferred but not required. You will report to the District Manager but this will be your store to manage the team on a daily basis, handle daily deposits and disburse daily tips. A backround check will be required due to handling the money. We are looking to hire immediately. Please apply if you feel you meet the above criteria. Salary plus quarterly bonus. Sign on bonus after a 60 day trial period. Simple retirement plan with a 3% match available after 6 months.
