The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of underwriting non-QM loans, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations while supporting the needs of borrowers who do not meet traditional mortgage standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with the ability to assess complex income documentation, analyze risk, and make informed underwriting decisions.
