Remote – U.S. & Canada Only | Part-Time or Full-Time | Summer 2026 Internship Dates: 05/25/2026 - 08/14/2026 20-40 hours/week Compensation: $18/hour USD (U.S.-based candidates) $18/hour CAD (Canada-based candidates) Description: We’re not building an internship for observers. We’re building one for future teammates. Level Agency’s Summer 2026 Internship Program is for high-potential early-career talent ready to do real work, own meaningful projects, and learn inside a high-performance agency environment. This is not a “shadow and watch” internship. Our interns are accountable contributors who support real work, complete meaningful projects, and build toward full-time readiness. You’ll join one department track, work over a structured 12 week program, complete a meaningful project with measurable impact, and receive direct mentorship from a dedicated go-to mentor.
