As our technology stack has grown more powerful and complex, the need for real-world validation of innovations prior to broad release has become critical. The Production Verification (PV) Program connects our product teams with strategic partner game productions and ensures that every major advancement, optimization, or feature we build is proven in production, before it reaches our broader Unity ecosystem. The Production Verification team supports Unity's reliability and performance across real-world customer projects. We're looking for a Software Engineer who will serve as a Production Subject Matter Expert (SME), working at the intersection of Unity's engine development, customer projects, and internal tooling. Your primary responsibility will be performing Unity game upgrades on customer games in our PV Codeshare collection, ensuring successful migration paths between Unity versions.
