Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Ice Protection Method and Tools Designer (M/F) to join Communication & Sensing Systems Department based in Toulouse, France. Wing and Nacelle Ice Protection Systems (IPS) are key to ensure A/C safety and performance. Developing and maintaining in service existing systems requires an understanding on the system performance thanks to understanding of the Ice physics, thermal analysis and use of adapted performance tools. In addition, IPS for future programmes will face new challenges (certification, new technologies like electrical power source instead of bleed power source, …) that are significantly impacting both the methods used to develop IPS as well as the associated tools.
