The Role: We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Paint & Robotics Technician, based out of our Charlestown, Indiana location. Responsibilities would include: - Robot Programing & Optimization: Create, modify, and optimize 6-axis robot paths and paint parameters (gun distance, trigger points, fan patterns) to improve transfer efficiency and reduce paint consumption - System Setup: Independently set up and calibrate automated spray equipment and applicators for new and in-production parts. - Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve robotic, mechanical, electrical, or paint process issues on the production floor to minimize downtime. - Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventative maintenance and repair...
