THE ROLE: We are currently seeking an Outreach Representative to join our team. This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in order to grow awareness of PHS services and expand access to care for children and families. Build strong, long-term relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and clinics to drive new referrals and admissions. Represent PHS at conferences, community events, and professional gatherings to promote our mission and services.
