Serves as a senior advisor providing strategic direction and subject matter expertise to support the stabilization and growth of Small Glide Munitions (SGM) and Small Cruise Missile (SCM) operations. Offers guidance on team management, production continuity, and forward-looking development opportunities, while contributing insights on broader Small Airborne Effectors (SAE) growth, contract oversight, and customer relationship management. Role operates with high complexity and organizational impact, leveraging deep historical knowledge and experience in a limited capacity to inform decision-making and ensure continuity during a transitional period within Kinetic Effects Business Area. Provide strategic guidance to SGM and SCM leadership on team structure, priorities, and performance management practices. Review and assess current SGM production processes to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for stabilization.
