We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team based in Campbelltown looking after our Clintons Toyota & Lexus of Macarthur Service departments. As an experienced warranty administrator some key responsibilities include: - Daily entering and closing of recall campaigns - Entering prior approvals for warranty repairs and transport assistance - Understanding the manufacturers warranty policies and procedures in order to manage claims and ensure warranty repair orders are completed correctly - Collaborate with Service Dept Managers and Workshop Controllers to identify improvement and training opportunities for team members - Handle and resolve claim corrections and invoicing - Monthly recycling and disposal of displaced warranty parts - Support parts warranty claims and parts recovery requests To be successful in this role you will have: - Strong attention to...
