Your Mission: Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, monitors all of the production procedures and parameters to ensure that established quality, safety and legal standards of food products are maintained. What You'll Do: Checks and documents specific data corresponding to assigned product line (crust, topping, USDA, cookie, assembly) Examines dough temperature for accuracy and ensures that it is recorded by the dough mixer.
