Responsibilities: define & implement specific strategies for the achievement of profitable growth within the KA channel establish efficient relations with NKA develop KA strategy & implementation develop ad hoc Customer plan define and execute all contract’s agreements maximise the listing opportunities for the FHCS product range & promote the listing of newly developed products in major international accounts Responsible for Top Accounts and negotiations with Top customers establish yearly Sales and Trade Marketing Budgets and Plans for KA including the full Marketing Mix develop and prepare sales reports and control of budgets, Qualifications: university degree 5-7 years professional experience (in an FMCG environment) including active leadership for NKA business (annual negotiations & providing contracts) fluent English, fluent Czech strong knowledge & understanding of KA, customers & competitors full understanding of client P&L and ways to activate good understanding key financial figures good negotiation, influencing, and conflict mediation skills to support The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is commi...
