Job Summary: The Associate District Sales Director (ADSD) provides support and assistance to the District Sales Director in the areas of recruiting, reporting, training, and management of the team. Primary Responsibilities: Recruit new ASD’s and SD’s as well as independent contractor agents. Follow up with new agents to ensure efficient and timely on-boarding. Regularly train agents on products and selling technics. Communicate with, service and retain top level independent contractor agents. Attend and participate in meetings as required by management.
