Technician II Labs - Microbiology Lab

Job description

Microbiology Group position includes training for specific skills and growth opportunities. Looking for flexibility to work Tuesday-Saturday day shift 7:00am-3:30pm. Principal Accountabilities include, but are not limited to: - Perform laboratory procedures following defined processes and standard operating procedures to support microbiological analysis. - Follow quality and documentation requirements for all laboratory work. - Properly maintain required laboratory equipment. - Follow all safety and ethics requirements. - High school diploma/GED required plus laboratory experience and/or college level laboratory coursework. AAS degree is a plus. - 1 to 5 years of related experience. - Knowledge of standard lab procedures (use of balances, pipets, etc.). - Knowledge of aseptic technique. - Able to work well in a production team environment and strong organizational skills. - Basic computer skills (Excel, etc.).
