Job description

The Opportunity: The Director, Global EHS Compliance is responsible for leading the company’s global Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance strategy, ensuring regulatory readiness and consistent implementation of compliance controls across all regions. This role reports to the Global EHS Management System & Global Compliance Lead and oversees global regulatory intelligence, audit programs and compliance capability building. The Role: Lead global EHS compliance governance processes, including controls, standards, and compliance planning. Oversee regulatory intelligence and ensure timely dissemination and implementation of new requirements. Manage the compliance aspects of the global EHS audit program, including methodology, planning, reporting, and auditor capability. Partner with Legal, Quality, Operations, Risk, and regional EHS teams to harmonize compliance expectations. Support the Global EHS Management System & Compliance Lead in delivering management reviews and compliance insights.
