Lead BIM Application Specialist

Job description

The Lead BIM Application Specialist uses technical knowledge of BIM software (BIM360/ACC/Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD) to assist the project teams and firm by ensuring consistent implementation and use of BIM processes and software. The BIM Application Specialist works as part of a support team providing daily model management, administration, and maintenance. Responsibilities: Technical Expertise - Create initial Revit project setup and prepares for the production team - Create and update BIM/Revit technical documentation - Assistance with maintaining Revit templates and UNIFI content libraries. - Provide support model management, administration, and maintenance - Knowledge of Revit family management, shared parameters and tag families is required. - Oversee BIM model integration with other design and construction management software. [SG1] - Facilitate collaboration and clash detection for a large, multi-discipline project team across multiple companies, organizing/leading BIM coordination meetings.
