Job Description Position : Logistics Co-ordinator: Employment: Full Time: Location: Knockin Heath Industrial Estate, Oswestry. SY10 8ED Report into : Crewing & Logistics Manager PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Logistics Co-ordinator is a central support role within the Logistics team. Working closely with the Crew & Logistics Manager as well as the wider logistics and warehousing teams; the role supports the efficient running of a demanding and reactive logistics desk. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: - Assist with planning, managing, coordinating, booking and evaluating logistics operations across a range of external projects liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, crew, transportation companies and customers - Work within and help to create and implement best practice logistics and crewing principles, policies and processes across the business to improve operational and financial performance - Manage in-house vehicles, ensuring maintenance, checks and logs are kept up to date - Working with platforms such as Team Track and Current RMS to manage the aspects of the job - Be on hand to answer questions that project and/or production managers might have around...
