Salary £25,949 - £25,989 Per Annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 Hours Per Week | Early Help - Preston International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship. Post holders provide a friendly, front‑facing meet and greet service at neighbourhood centres, welcoming users and responding to general queries and self‑referrals. They ensure visitors are directed to the right services, activities and support, with access needs appropriately met. The role includes booking appointments, rooms and groups using IT systems, accurately recording service user information, and supporting basic safety and health‑and‑safety procedures. Working closely with Neighbourhood Group Workers, post holders help maintain a safe, welcoming and well‑organised environment and may occasionally support delivery of sessions to ensure appropriate supervision. The role is key to supporting high‑quality early help services for children, young people and families so they are safe, healthy and achieve their full potential.
