Social Work Assistant Department: Social Work: Employment Type: Temporary: Location: Ypsilanti, Mi: Reporting To: Heather Renfro: Compensation: $19.00 / hour: Description: Schedule: Temporary | 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Department: Social Services | Ypsilanti, MI What You'll Do In This Role: The Social Work Assistant is responsible for supporting Huron Valley PACE's Social Work Department to ensure seamless service and care coordination for participants and family members. This includes providing a variety of direct service to participants to ensure the continuity of care and collaboration of services. Works under the direct and indirect supervision of Huron Valley PACE's Social Work Manager.
