We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part Qualified Financial Analyst to join the Finance Team supporting Pathology First on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract . This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to develop within a fast-paced healthcare environment, contributing to financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and operational support across multiple sites. Financial Reporting & Analysis Budgeting & Forecasting - Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts. - Conduct revenue, margin, cost, variance, and trend analysis. - Perform operating overhead analysis and balance sheet reconciliations. - Post month-end journals and support the month-end close process. - Maintain fixed asset registers, prepayments, and lease schedules. - Perform detailed departmental reviews with Operations Managers. - Assist with budget preparation and quarterly/annual schedules. - Provide variance analysis and feedback to budget holders. - Support preparation of reconciliations and financial schedules.
