Valiant is looking for a Knowledge Manager (KM) to join our team! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design, review and implementation of the MTC Knowledge Management Plan, including KM Standing Operating Procedures (SOP), annual KM Plans, KM policy development and coordination. - Creation and ongoing management of the MTC’s online presence (SharePoint and related web sites on the Non-Secure Internet Protocol, Router Network (NIPRNet), including: - All training event scheduling and tracking for 5 MTC training/operations teams and 3 DPTMS Virtual Simulations training teams. - Customer outreach and training on the MTC event coordination process. - Applications development and training for internal MTC team processes. - Collection and dissemination of MTC Team SOPs, coordination documents, orders and plans, etc. - Collection, analysis and presentation of training data related to personnel and system usage; customer satisfaction and feedback; outreach effectiveness and management processes. - Training and consultation on the MTCs KM System (KMS), A365 office productivity software, SharePoint, and training/instructional design.
