Candidates must reside in New Mexico or Texas JOB CATEGORY: MENTAL HEALTH / THERAPIST / BEHAVIORAL HEALTH / REMOTE / SOCIAL WORK POSITION SUMMARY: This professional position provides all (100%) therapy services remotely to Behavioral Health clients via a synchronous telehealth communications system. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: - Minimum of Master’s degree from an accredited college or university. - Bilingual Spanish or Navajo preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: - New Mexico State independent licensure as a Master's level mental health counselor or social worker is required, e.g., LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPAT. Must have by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment. - Candidates must reside in New Mexico or Texas. SCREENING REQUIREMENTS: This position requires successful completion of an initial post-offer of employment: - Criminal Records Check. $500 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS: BONUSES: - All bonuses subject to tax withholding and eligibility requirements. - Current employees are not eligible for sign-on bonus when transferring to a remote position.
