The expected salary for this position: 13000 - 28000 PLN The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations. We are looking for you, if you: - have 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Business Analyst - have solid experience in business and IT requirements analysis, including non‑functional requirements - can independently perform As‑Is / To‑Be analysis for complex processes and systems - have experience working closely with Product Owners, Architects and Agile teams (Squads) - can translate business needs into clear, structured IT specifications - understand enterprise IT landscapes and cross‑domain dependencies - are comfortable working in Agile environments (Scrum / SAFe or similar) - have knowledge of data modeling, process modeling and solution analysis - understand IT security, data privacy and compliance principles - communicate confidently in English (B2 or higher) You’ll get extra points for: - experience in banking, financial services or regulated environments - exposure to cross‑tribe or cross‑domain initiatives - experience facilitating worksho...
