Complex Care Support Worker – Behavioural Support 📍 Location: Colchester 🕒 Shifts: 12-hour day shifts or waking nights 📄 Contract: Full Time/ Part Time/ Bank Available. Rolling rotas in place. Experienced Support Workers Wanted – Complex Needs & Behaviour Support CFT Care Ltd, part of the Optimo Care Group, is recruiting experienced Complex Care Support Workers to join our specialist team in Colchester. This is not a standard care role. We are looking for confident, resilient and experienced staff who are comfortable supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs, learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions. Many of the individuals we support may lack capacity to make safe decisions, may struggle with emotional regulation, and may display behaviours that challenge services. Your role will be to provide consistent, structured, person-centred support that promotes stability, safety, and independence.
