This role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective leadership, innovative service, and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure budget adherence, resolve audit challenges, manage labor costs, and oversee inventory levels. - Implement and maintain restaurant software systems, including Symphony and Open Table. - Hire, train, and evaluate restaurant staff. Develop training programs and coordinate onboarding. - Oversee staff performance, ensure adherence to policies and standards, and manage daily operations. - Manage staffing levels, respond to inquiries, and handle scheduling and closing responsibilities. - Liaise with other departments, develop strategies to increase patronage, and ensure venue functionality and cleanliness.
