The Manufacturing Associate – Mechanical is responsible for manufacturing of printed circuit board assemblies to specification and in a timely manner. Vanguard EMS, Inc. is in the service business. What you’ll do: - Navigate and perform transactions in Smarter Production System - Follow safety protocols, material handling process, and written work instructions - Set-up and operate press fit and detab machines - Press components into circuit boards - Perform torque testing and 1st piece run inspection process - Maintain the condition of fixtures, tooling, and detab equipment - Work with Coordinator and Engineering to improve processing - Maintain a clean work area - Performs other duties as assigned.
