$7,500.00 SIGN-ON BONUS!!: Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Lead Preceptor - Home Health Great Growth Opportunity!!!: BAYADA Home Health Care is offering a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse, RN with with a passion for clinical education! In this role as a Full-Time Registered Nurse Lead Preceptor, you will train, coach and mentor newly hired RNS and LPNs. This exciting new role will work one-on-one with our nurses to ensure our clinicians are delivering exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients living in their homes in Worcester, Marlborough, Franklin, Leominster and surrounding towns . In this role, you will also maintain a small caseload of patients. Prior Home Health Care experience is required.
