BITCO Corporation, a leading provider of specialized insurance solutions is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Controller of Finance for our corporate office located in Davenport IA. With a strong national presence including 11 branch offices in 10 states, BITCO delivers tailored insurance services to specialized industries including construction, forest products and oil & gas. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement with occasional necessary business travel to BITCO office locations. Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented finance leader to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This role is responsible for managing the accounting and finance team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations, and delivering timely financial insights to support informed, strategic decision-making across the organization.
