WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?: - 7+ years of progressive property management experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role - Experience managing large-scale assets (500+ units); lease-up and new development experience strongly preferred - Exposure to mixed-use or commercial/retail operations is an asset - Strong knowledge of Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act, LTB processes, and regulatory compliance - Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams - Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, vendor management, and cost control...
