Overview The HR Business Partner 2 is a strategic partner with the Functions or Divisions in operational business matters, such as organisation structure, general business plans, succession planning, employee effectiveness, headcount utilisation and compensation planning. This position serves as a consultant to leadership on human resource-related issues.
