Where You’ll Work: The Endoscopy Department at Milton Hospital is a specialized, fast‑paced clinical environment that plays a vital role in patient care. The unit is organized into three connected areas—Pre‑Op, Procedure, and Recovery—and most patients move through all three during their visit. This is a collaborative setting where teamwork, communication, and mutual support are essential to delivering safe, high‑quality care. What You’ll Do: As an Endoscopy Nurse, you’ll provide hands‑on care throughout the patient journey, working closely with physicians, CRNAs, and endoscopy technicians. This role is active and engaging, with responsibilities that include: Delivering patient care across pre‑procedure, procedural, and recovery phases Safely assisting and transporting patients, including those under sedation Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure smooth workflows Leading and supporting an Endoscopy Technician, including delegating tasks as needed Communicating clearly, accepting feedback, and contributing positively to team goals Why You’ll Love Work...
