HR Business Partner

Job description

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join the Robotics business of a company in Västerås. Start is ASAP, 12 months limited contract (parental leave). This role is 100% onsite in Västerås. Although this position is parental leave cover, an exciting growth journey lies ahead of us, so you never know what the future holds. In this role, you will work broadly across HR topics, supporting the organization in both strategic and operational areas. You will be part of a dynamic HR team consisting of three other HR Business Partners and play a key role in building our new HR function. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to exciting initiatives closely related to our business targets, combined with driving & coordinating HR process improvement projects. For this job, you need to be target-oriented and thrive on creating structure, solving problems, and having a close collaboration with our business leaders.
