- Employment Type: Full Time or Part Time (job share) - Remuneration: $81335 + 17% super (level 4) - Location: Kensington UNSW Campus Why Your Role Matters: The Residential Administrator plays a critical role within the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Student Success portfolio, supporting UNSW Student Accommodation in delivering an outstanding residential experience for students across the UNSW Colleges, Apartments, and Short Stay Accommodation. This role provides efficient and effective reception and administrative support, acting as a key point of contact for residential students, staff, and external stakeholders. You will contribute to a welcoming, well-organised, and responsive accommodation environment that enhances the overall student experience. As the first point of contact, the Residential Administrator responds to a wide range of enquiries, conducts room inspections, processes room allocations, refunds and invoices, assists with debt recovery, and coordinates contractors and cleaning services.
