What’s the role?: This role transforms how mandatory learning is experienced and used across the bank. You’ll lead the enterprise mandatory learning portfolio, making clear, risk‑aligned decisions about what learning is genuinely required, why it exists, and how it should be delivered. The focus is on reducing unnecessary learning, optimising effectiveness, and ensuring strong governance and regulatory confidence. Working closely with senior leaders, risk, legal and compliance teams, you’ll shift mandatory learning from “more is safer” to “right‑sized, deliberate and defensible”. This is a senior individual contributor role with enterprise influence, not a people management role.
