NOT POSTED - Registered Nurse II - 40 Hours - Evening Shift 260000AR Description The Lemuel Shattuck Hospital (LSH) is seeking experienced and committed Registered Nurses (RN II). The RN II is responsible for implementing the nursing process, and is responsible and accountable for assessing, prescribing, delegating, coordinating, providing, and improving acute and specialized nursing care. They also integrate PI concepts, standards of nursing care, hospital mission and applicable regulations. Provides care to clients from the community/DPH/DMH/DOC or DDS under the direction of the Nurse Manager/charge nurse. Provides leadership in organizing the delivery of patient care as team leader/charge nurse to assign, supervise, and evaluate the nursing care of LPN's, NA's and support staff according to their scope of practice and competence and according to department policies/procedures. Please Note Schedule : Positions Available (2) Evening. Work every other weekend, with days off assigned.
