About the role: The Technical Training & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving technical training programs that support onboarding and development across all Divcon technical roles, across field operations and engineering. This role is a key part of the onboarding experience for technical employees, ensuring new hires are equipped with the foundational knowledge, hands-on skills, and operational readiness required for successful field deployment and project execution.
