The purpose of the Events Specialist is t o lead in the ideation, coordination, and execution of various marketing events for Highland Homes Employee Owners, consumers, realtors, and developers. The Event Specialist will take the lead in delivering phenomenal events that build business relationships, generate excitement around Highland Homes, drive realtor and consumer traffic, and increase brand awareness. They will be responsible for conceptualizing event themes, selecting vendors and managing those relationships, establishing and adhering to event timelines, coordinating technical aspects, ensuring attendance, generating media interest and coverage (where applicable), marketing, managing event staff, staying on budget, preparing expenditure reports, and processing invoic...
