The Opportunity: This is a hands‑on Product Designer role where you’ll see your work move from idea to implementation and into the hands of real users. You’ll be embedded in a delivery squad, working in agile ways of working to design and improve digital products that matter. From running usability testing and benchmarking designs, to shaping change through Ignition workshops that bring product, tech and business together, you’ll help uncover needs, explore opportunities and design confident, accessible solutions. You’ll be involved end‑to‑end: testing assumptions, iterating based on feedback, partnering closely with developers to understand how designs are built, and refining work through design team huddles and 1:1s.
